All business sees ups & down, also people not afraid of being fired, but the kind of behavior company does to its employee in the last time is intolerable & equal to the being tin the hell, This is not a company, and COO aka Country head india does not have any emotions. he fired almost all the employee as soon as the Project gone. They say the product based org. but they are totally relying on clients fund. So its is better not to join this company. I would suggest to search the individuals ex retech employee. and ask about this company before joining this company
