We're disappointed to hear that you feel DE&I has not been a priority for the team, as building and fostering a diverse team is a core value for us. While this wasn't an area we excelled at in 2021 hiring, we've made a concerted effort to improve as we continue to scale in 2022. Now, we are actually positioned above industry average in terms of racial and ethnic diversity on the team. We are also working with an outside partner to audit the diversity of candidates throughout our recruiting pipelines, as well as creating goals around increasing outreach and applications of BIPOC candidates.
