There are several issues with the top management, namely Silvian Centiu. This person is the main reason why the company should be avoided at all cost. Despite the culture that he promotes in the company, he is doing the complete opposite. He likes to bully people, shout at them, lie to them and act with superiority over you as if you are just a slave. He loves to brag about how he will reward you in the future, for your hard work, but when the times comes, he often finds excuses and blames everything on you. He loves to shout at you and humiliates you in front of other people for things that he invents on the spot. He was clearly bullied as a kid in the past and now he is trying to take revenge. The type of person who doesn’t have the courage to tell things to your face, but hides behind a monitor. He also forces people to give good company reviews. The whole company is just a lie and a way for him to get money with all cost. At the current state the company is just a burning ship, soon it will sink to the bottom of the ocean.
