Typical ups and downs that come along with start ups

Have to start with the people. You are not going to find a better work environment, many of these folks I would have been friends with despite the working commonality. CEO, Dave is a seasoned veteran who brings a visionary attitude to work each day, he makes a genuine effort to see how everyone in the company is doing and doesn't just lock himself up in his office. CFO John Rogers brings a ton of experience in the field and provides valuable financial insight to the employees whether it be personal finance advice or detailed information about the company's 401k. President Jack Blaeser is a new addition to the Leadership Team, aside from his experience, Jack also brings a very personable and approachable attitude to the office each day. In only a few weeks he has already made great progress with each of the departments. Other than the people, the office itself is very professional located right in the heart of Manchester. As an employee who relocated from MA for the position I am absolutely not disappointed in what the Manchester area has to offer.

There's not too much on the negative side of things here. I would say for me personally I would like to see the 401k contributions matched. Sometimes seems more established than your typical start-up environment.
