Great people to work with. Management is for the most part very in tune with its customer base.

They have a few in the upper management that clearly do not understand how to deal with customers, or the product at a whole.

Retrospect Inc. is a very open company that allows its employees to express their ideas freely. The senior management team fosters this creativity and when it makes sense they encourage employees to take initiative. Fun and friendly atmosphere!

It is a small company that is pushing to expand as fast as possible so the demands can be high. Resources can be lacking during certain times throughout the year, which creates some pressure preparing for long-term plans.
