Let's get to the point-
1. The directors of this company think of their employees as their slaves. They threaten them, humiliate them, listen to nothing they have to say and are downright evil. Extremely greedy too. Once employees contributed a total of 4000 INR for office decorations on an event, didn't even compensate that even after they promised.
2. Team leads and managers are extremely toxic, make you work overtime and on weekends with no pay and interfere with your personal life and again, treat you as their slaves.
3. Extremely unfair leave policies. SANDWICH LEAVES: if you take a leave on friday and monday, sunday and saturday will be considered as unpaid leaves. Also you can only take leaves on Mondays or Fridays 7 times a year, or else Sunday and Saturday will be counted as unpaid leaves.
4. Dysfunctional HR.
5. peon here earns more than software engineers, who satisfies their client's requirements and needs and earn them millions.
6. Worthless 2% yearly increment each year on an already extremely low 3lpa salary.
All in all such a low standard company which provides no benefits, torments you and salary as good as minimum wage.
