This was my first job out of college and within 8 months I was promoted. They consistently try to promote / hire within and make the best use of the talent they already have! Great environment, fair policies, decent benefits.

Benefit premiums can be slightly higher due to smaller company. Not horrible though

You can advance within the company.

-Toxic work environment. -Management bot professional -Keep quiet and work -They take legal action against unemployment benefits for every non-employee after leaving.
