CEO is very disorginized, does not read what he asks for, changes plans constantly, disregars the opinion of employees and managers, no clear organizational culture, hard to get to know people in other departments, no addinional benefits besides the salary and working remotely which is part of the business model to use cheaper labor than what you would have to pay in the US
