Vantaggi
Unfortunately, all pros have gone down the drain after the extremely stressful period caused due to the sudden liquidation of Reveal Group.
Svantaggi
The sudden liquidation of Reveal Group in Australia, despite CEO Ian Crouch's claims of profitability in both North America and Australia for the last 6 months of 2022, highlights a severe mismanagement of the company's finances. Ian along with Paula Crouch, the COO and Darren, the CFO, Darren, have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and empathy. Paula Crouch, as an influential decision-maker alongside Ian, shares equal responsibility for the company's downfall. The CEO, COO, and CFO have shown a self-centred attitude, displaying no remorse for their actions. Instead of fostering collaboration and honesty, they have deceived employees, including partners, with false promises while prioritizing their own financial gains. Their greed and ego have overshadowed ethical leadership. The lack of collaboration between Reveal Group's North American and Australian teams over the past years reveals a calculated plan orchestrated by Ian and Paula. My personal request to collaborate with the North American team was unreasonably explicitly denied by Paula a while ago, suggesting hidden motives that were not apparent at the time. This deliberate division serves as evidence that these so-called leaders had planned these events well in advance, jeopardizing the company's integrity and future. The complete redundancy of the entire Australian team, while sparing specific individuals deemed important to the North American business, raises serious questions about fairness, nepotism and equity. The Australian workforce bore the brunt of liabilities when the North American business started, yet the North American operations continued without disruption. The fact that senior management, including partners, have been denied access to the company's profit and loss statements, which have been restricted to the CEO, COO, and CFO, strongly indicates potential financial irregularities and creative accounting practices. Reveal Group's failure to pay superannuation to the entire Australian workforce for almost two quarters is a serious breach of legal obligations and demonstrates a lack of respect for employees. Additionally, despite the announcement of numerous promotions at the end of 2022, most employees were not awarded the associated remuneration benefits. Those fortunate enough to receive salary review letters experienced significant delays, receiving them two months after the initial promotions were announced. The absence of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CEO, COO, and CFO further highlights their poor performance and lack of accountability. If you are considering investing in, or working with Reveal Group, I suggest conducting thorough due diligence. Current employees should be aware of the potential for unfair treatment and lack of transparency. Clients and vendors engaged with Reveal Group should carefully consider the ethical implications of their association and make informed decisions.
