- No permanent work-from-home opportunities, only the flex hours. - PTO not based on tenure and all days are allotted at the beginning of the year. Wish PTO would accrue past the regular 18 days based on how many years you've been with the company. Maybe add a PTO for every year an employee is with the company.

We are extremely proud of this because it is confirmation that we are taking excellent care of our people and their families. We have further improved our benefit package for 2020 and have plans to keep going! Your feedback about telecommuting and PTO are good points.
