Some growing pains with the new business model - a bit unorganized, and information about clients/new clients is not dispersed among lower-level employees until they are directly engaging with clients or working on deliverables. Vertical teams operate in silos (outside of monthly connect meetings), onboarding and on-going support is very limited for experienced hires - not quite sink or swim, but if you are coming in with known skill gaps (including those you were open about during the interview process) just know that you will not be cut any slack by vertical leadership.
