The greatest thing holding RCCS back is our CEO.
We've lost a lot of people in the past year, including many in senior roles. Our last company meeting has finally convinced me it's time for me to join them.
At our company all-calls (where attendance is taken, by the way), you can count on two things. IT will remind us that we're being watched and tracked like a bunch of toddlers, and Ron will make a tone-deaf, self-aggrandizing speech.
This time, we were told that the company wants people who will make a career out of RCCS, and not just a job. Of course, he didn't give any reason why they should, because there aren't any.
Tell us Ron, should we stay for the sub-par benefits and PTO? Should your constant badgering and unreasonable expectations make us want to stay? Are we supposed to discount our colleagues heading for the door as just a bunch of losers, as you seem to be implying? What is it?
