Resources are available to learn new skills and practice them. Management is great and very supportive. Office location is great, benefits are very good as well.
1. Depends on your team but most teams have a good work life balance.
2. Tons of young employees.
Svantaggi
1. Pay is low and pay bumps are laughable. “The budget won’t allow it” or “you’ll have to negotiate with an executive”. Even if you do get a raise it will never be more than 10%. You will never get paid a fair market rate here.
2. No incentives or reward programs. Like?? How does that set up for productivity? And bonuses are also a joke here (no tie to performance).
3. No growth opportunities. Even if you do get promoted the ceiling is short and you will experience internal salary compression.
4. Management doesn’t manage. And this starts at the top, the executive level. Teams are riddled with inconsistencies and incompetence.
