Vantaggi

Salary in line with the market....

Svantaggi

- Directors are not transparent with the information they share and unclear about goals. - Disorganisation - Toxic culture - Directors don't make time to discuss and address important issues - Directors are unable to manage workload, which means you'll often end up working way beyond midnight without being paid as an investment professional or top tier consulting firm - Directors are unable to answer basic questions about the job and don't support with adequate guidance - High turnover rate as everyone realises shortly after joining that the business doesn't provide real growth opportunity - Office coffee is undrinkable, although this is minor in comparison to the rest...

Vantaggi

1. Depends on your team but most teams have a good work life balance. 2. Tons of young employees.

Svantaggi

1. Pay is low and pay bumps are laughable. “The budget won’t allow it” or “you’ll have to negotiate with an executive”. Even if you do get a raise it will never be more than 10%. You will never get paid a fair market rate here. 2. No incentives or reward programs. Like?? How does that set up for productivity? And bonuses are also a joke here (no tie to performance). 3. No growth opportunities. Even if you do get promoted the ceiling is short and you will experience internal salary compression. 4. Management doesn’t manage. And this starts at the top, the executive level. Teams are riddled with inconsistencies and incompetence.
