Ownership truly believes family comes first and offers support when needed. Profit sharing in the company keeps everyone aligned toward common goals. Remote work is not frowned upon, but there's a great HQ spot for people to connect.

There are very few downsides. Employees are encouraged to contribute in the best way possible. If you need constant direction, it may not be an ideal firm for you.
