- Not truly a con, but you absolutely have to pull your weight. If you're not a high performer with a self-driven attitude you will not be here long. - At times the volume of work can be overwhelming, but in my experience that happens with all start-ups.

RevenueCat is one of the most exciting startups in the mobile space. The talent here, across departments, is world-class. Leadership sets a very high bar, but arms individual contributors with more than enough autonomy to move the needle. What you see from the outside is what you'll find on the inside: amazing talent, open & honest culture, opportunities to impact the product at every turn, exciting customers, etc. The swag is killer too.

The speed at which RevenueCat is growing (and changing) might not be for everyone. If you are looking for mundane, RevenueCat is not for you.
