As a recruiter, this is a dream come true. It removes any opportunity for unconscious bias and allows for strong transparency from the get go. We benchmark our comp against San Francisco data regardless of location (we hire globally), so the pay is competitive.

- We move fast. This is one of the reasons many people (myself included) are drawn to the company - and startups in general - but this isn't the way everyone likes to work. We have big goals and we're pushing hard to achieve them. It can be stressful sometimes but it's the good kind of stress, the motivating kind. If that's not your vibe, this isn't your place. - Fully remote. Mostly a pro, with a little bit of con. Sometimes I miss casual interactions like water cooler chat or grabbing lunch with my coworkers. It takes more effort to stay connected in a 100% remote culture, but you also get the pros of remote work, so it's all a balance.
