Absolutely no work life balance. Mental health issues are treated as if you are a problem to the company, no supports are offered. Work load is extreme and excessive. This company will destroy you as a person. Corporate management will do anything to save their own butt including lying, cheating, stealing, bullying. They do not care about the senior population they are charging extreme amounts of money, and claim to care about. They treat employees on all levels like slaves and with no real respect. If you injure yourself while working, look out, as they will do whatever they can to get rid of you. I have witnessed it more times then I can count. Id go as far as to say that the regional directors are evil, and only care about their bonuses. And yes that means at the expense of all other staff, building upkeep, and the seniors themselves. They do not treat people as people. Communication is lacking on all levels. They hire incompetent executive directors and pat them on the back everyday for doing absolutely nothing, while the good EDs get treated as garbage and dont last long. Their pay system NEVER works, and it takes months to get paid for hours you work due to the lack of support on all levels. There are many companies in the senior care sector. This one is by far the most corrupt. If I could rate zero, I would.
