-Entrepreneurial spirit from the top down. Lots of ideas, lots of self-starters at this company give it a dynamic, fresh vibe in a typically stodgy industry. -Amazing product - I haven't slept in a more comfortable bed. Plus you can actually work from a bed in the office. -Full of great people - the kind you go out to happy hours outside of work with, that make you laugh every day, and there are people that are REALLY good at their craft. -Management is willing to make tough decisions for the betterment of the culture and the company. -You can have a great work/life balance if you want it. -If you want to see how a business works and how it's run, there are so many opportunities to learn and grow at Reverie. You can jump into projects and everyone is friendly and willing to help you learn no matter what department you're in.

-Still some leftover processes from the early days that are super manual -If you don't do well with ambiguity or frequent pivots, this might not be a good fit -Deadlines sometimes trump testing and quality of output. -Not much visibility into company performance or transparency with changes.
