Every few months, there’s a shift in strategy, often followed by changes in team structure or layoffs. Unfortunately, these new directions are rarely given enough time to be properly implemented or evaluated, which creates an ongoing sense of instability. The pace of change makes it difficult for teams to focus, execute, and deliver meaningful results.
