      There are no pros to working here. There is no room for advancement and you are treated like a work horse with no voice. There are no documented operating procedures for departments which causes disorganizatio and confusion in your job.

      Management promotes team work but will not listen to suggestions for process improvement and any suggestions will get you fired. There is no definite process or workflow. You are told to do something by one manager and reprimanded by another.

      Free bagels and donuts/ tea/water/coffee/ occasional lunches. Fun job, just dialing business owners and signing em up. It's cool but you can't lose focus or you're out
