Thanks for reviewing your employee experience here on Glassdoor. It's disappointing to hear about your opinion of the management team. I take your feedback very seriously, and we will use it as we continue to improve the way the leadership team, starting with myself, approaches and engages with our team. As you have noted, we do try hard to build a great culture but fully admit has not always been smooth sailing. We continue to evolve our approach and efforts working to make the most impact for the entire organization. Culture is very important to me and something we will keep working on improving.
