I am going out of my way to write this review, because this team deserves it... Working at Revinate has been an AWESOME experience. The interview process was clear, communicative, and thorough, which showed me early on that they care about hiring the right individual rather than hiring in bulk. That sense of individuality has continued into my role, where even as an SDR I feel respected and valued at the same level as senior hires. Management shows real trust and gives new hires autonomy, which is refreshing compared to companies that fall into micromanagement. The culture is also a standout. The team is respectful, collaborative, and approachable, and even though the company is remote there is a strong sense of community through events, recognition, and meaningful incentives. (incentives that actually work) I had two offers with equal pay and title, and I am so glad I chose Revinate. I knew immediately this was the right company to go with and a month later I'm still validated in that feeling. It's a company that invests in people, values culture, and makes you proud to be part of the team. I am so beyond grateful :)

I genuinely have no real cons to mention. Revinate is growing and evolving quickly, which is exciting for everyone. My hope is that leadership continues to read these reviews no matter how big the company becomes. If they keep leading the way they are now, Revinate will achieve amazing things, and employees will continue to feel motivated and proud to come to work.

Innovation is discouraged, with leadership preferring to adhere to outdated processes rather than adapt to new ideas or changing market needs. Customer retention has become a challenge, as the organization struggles to evolve with industry trends. Leadership effectiveness varies greatly across departments, contributing to operational inefficiencies and low morale. Additionally, a recent round of layoffs has further impacted employee trust and overall organizational stability. To thrive in the future, the company will need to prioritize transparent leadership, embrace innovation, and actively invest in fostering a genuinely collaborative culture.
