Number of vacation ok. Its a job, too old to go somewhere else. No fairness.

Was a good company. Now too much work low pay. Always short on supplies. Long time employees are making the same or less than new employees. Management only train and promote those they like. Upper management hires their family. Family gets more training from upper management. Some people have been promoted in secret. Some workers were mad when they find out about it. What they hiding. Nepotism-some people get hired or promoted without degrees. Others are not hired or promoted because they have no degree. They want four year degrees from some people but some poeple get hired or promoted without a four years degree. One person did not have a high school diploma and got hired for a position asking for four year degree. One person got promoted two times in less than a year and have no four year degree. They say they got promoted because were a good worker. Upper management is not fair to all. Some people come to work late all the time and no one says anything. Some people come late one time, and are called out right away. Part timers leave when they want and come in when they want. No diversity. Most color people have left the quality department because how unfair it is now from before. What about the other good workers.
