Work from home, good salary, 5 day working, rotational week offs, day shift ( mstly)
Svantaggi
The company implements a rigorous probationary period characterized by suboptimal employee training methodologies. New hires undergo three weeks of theoretical training, followed by an immediate two-week buddy-up period. During this time, employees are expected to begin working on cases from the first day after theoretical training. While buddies offer support, the limited timeframe prevents comprehensive clarification of procedural doubts. Shift schedules are subject to change based on trainer and buddy availability. Following the two-week buddy-up, employees are expected to work independently. While they may manage basic cases, they are likely to encounter difficulties with complex cases due to a lack of prior exposure. Buddy assistance is primarily limited to cases previously worked upon. It is common for employees, particularly during probation, to work an additional 2-3 hours daily to meet performance targets, as their foundational knowledge may be insufficient to complete all tasks within regular shift hours. Leave policies are highly restrictive, subject to numerous rules that, if violated, can lead to unapproved leave requests and unpaid days. Such instances may result in further disciplinary action, potentially impacting one's probation or employment status. Three types of leave are available: sick leave, casual leave, and annual leave. Annual leave, while having fewer restrictions, can still be rejected if Workforce Management (WFM) determines that staffing levels are not met, which frequently occurs. Casual leave, despite being an entitlement, cannot be combined with weekend offs, public holidays, or other leave types. Doing so will result in rejection and further action, potentially leading to the forfeiture of all accrued leave. In most scenarios, supporting documentation is required, and failure to provide it will result in rejection. Week-offs are rotational, becoming fixed only during the probationary period before reverting to a rotational schedule. Given the remote work arrangement, interaction with team members is minimal. Contact is primarily limited to the Team Leader, typically concerning performance. No incentive programs are offered; compensation is strictly limited to the amount specified in the offer letter. In conclusion, the only flexibility offered is the ability to work remotely; all other policies are rigid and may present challenges.
