Growing company with a product that is subpar but leadership believes is cutting edge. But at least the leadership thinks its good. They definitely can sell you the company well, including the idea of how much you can potentially earn for comms. Business outlook definitely is good, as its built on the dead bodies of the AEs

Leadership structure in Singapore is trash. Team went to 45 AEs in a span of 1 year. Targets were set based on initial performance at the very get go instead of realistic market analysis. No one, is able to hit their numbers consistently. You pray for your dear life you get a deal that helps you strike your numbers but in actual hard work here gets you nowhere.

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
