One area where I feel improvement is needed is the training structure for new joiners. There should be a dedicated training team or at least a proper onboarding system in place to guide new employees from the very beginning. When I joined, I was expecting a clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that would help me understand priorities and processes step by step. However, I found myself quite confused as a new employee because I did not have a structured path to follow.
During my training period, I had to rely heavily on my teammates for guidance, but they already had their own workloads and priorities, which sometimes created hesitation in asking for help. This made the learning process a bit inconsistent. I strongly feel that if there were dedicated trainers or a team responsible solely for onboarding and educating new joiners about the company processes, it would significantly improve clarity, confidence, and overall productivity from the start.
