We'd recommend running through Confluence to see if the technical documentation you were looking for is already there. Otherwise, your tech lead might be a good person to ask. If you've exhausted both options, perhaps you might want to consider starting some documentation yourself. We're sure your manager will appreciate the proactiveness and help reprioritise some of your other work to make this happen. We wish you well!
