It is easy to make your voice heard. Higher level management is encouraging everyone to speak up and introduce their ideas, share concerns, etc.
But the main thing I love about Revolut is that we are not afraid to pioneer and implement unprecedented projects, like redesigning the office with cutting edge tech and adopting flexible working globally.

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail.
- Tech stack minimal.
- Large elements of favouritism.
