We believe that clear KPIs help ensure that we all understand our goals and how we'll get there but we know that they aren't the only indicator of your contribution. We admire people who live our values and support their colleagues in getting stuff done. We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers.
We’ve a fast paced culture so we appreciate that Revolut might not be the right place for everyone - but our people achieve a huge amount and have a lot of fun.
