Overpromise and underdeliver is how I would characterize Revolut, particularly when it comes to their treatment of employees. A company with inconsistent internal policies and processes. While ROI is important in all businesses, there must be a balance to get the most out of your employees. Revolut does not have the ability to cultivate a healthy and competitive work environment. They are modern-day "car salesmen," selling you a work life/environment that does not exist. Revolut is not for the more seasoned sales professional looking for a exciting and new opportunity. And if you are starting out your career in sales, know there are companies out there doing it better. Overall disappointing.
