Hi! Thank you for your review! Our team works hard to ensure salary and benefits competitiveness across markets, although we're obviously in a very competitive market. We regularly assess and compare our people's pay to adjust it to the current benchmark. Our goals are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure they’re exciting not only for the company, but for the Revoluter too. We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same priorities, and to direct teamwork effort where it's needed. - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
