Product team takes TOO long to deliver results which makes the company inefficient -Very demanding targets according to the country -Overcrowded sales department -Toxic culture - Not competitive salary - No benefits -Not possible to take holidays -There is no communication between departments -Very very unsatisfied

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
