My team was incredible, the salary is great in Spanish industry

You are just a number, KPIs are unreachable. After 3 months, they do not even take into consideration you are still learning, they will fire you as if you are nobody. They do not care if you are about to bring huge clients in, they want it for yesterday when really, you have just started and getting the hang of it. Really disappointing experience.

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
