Mental health definitely at risk, they pressure you sucking all of your energy by doing a repetitive and robotic job over and over again without ever stopping. It's 3 jobs in one (SDR, client support/customer service, and account manager). The expectations and KPIs and targets are so high you MUST work extra hours. Also, is a 95% man environment.

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
