      Great salary, flexibility to work 100% from home, additional bonuses based on performance. Ability to work from abroad. A lot of opportunities to progress within the company.

      Schedules include a few days of weekend per month, might also include evening shifts although there is flexibility to swap shifts if needed.

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
