- people are kind to you, it's a fun work environment. - managers are often understanding and kind.

- no opportunities for a raise (people have worked there for over a year without raise). - managers make tips. - hostesses make the lowest tips. (Yes less than managers and shared with more people) - harder to move up once you're hired. If you start as a hostess and ask to be a busser have fun watching them hire 6+ bussers (some without experience) without considering you. - your availability is considered a "request" and may not be respected. - a greedy anti-customer establishment.

Good money on busy evenings.

Difficulty getting shifts, inappropriate comments from management, unprofessionalism, incompetence.
