The management planted review of Feb 27th, 2014 is such a mockery to answer the vast collection of negative, but truthful employee claims of deplorable conditions of RN's products and compensation posted on glassdoor. First of all, we are not a cutting edge marketing company. The product hasn't changed in years to keep current. The phone app is a dud. Support and Ramp up mentioned in the review are deceptive in the hiring process. Most smart reps realize the trap and leave after 6 months. Adequate compensation cannot be earned until the start of the 4th year. Aged accounts delete offsetting any gain in obtaining new accounts. Net increase is minimal. Therefore commission totals don't advance. The promise of new partnerships over the past three years have not materialized and diner membership aka Match Rate is at an all time low. The management review mentions that turnover is a problem that is being addressed head-on. Their Quote " we must hire better people" Well it was YOU that interviewed the candidates and YOU selected what YOU perceived were the best. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror and take blame for not hiring the best and/or not training the best to be successful. We all know Rookie Training is lame. Do something now about Match Rate - product improvements - employee compensation - auto expense reimbursement - managers that motivate and solve problems - support of sales efforts from marketing to due diligence. There is a lot to do, get busy and solve these issues and don't waste time writing a positive review of nonsense.
