Regarding your comment about compensation, we regularly benchmark our pay against the market to ensure we remain competitive. We do a thorough review annually and our most recent analysis confirms that our pay ranges are not below market average for similar roles. When it comes to career advancement, we are proud that our internal data shows that we promote a higher percentage of employees than market average (20% of employees who have completed one year with RN were promoted in the last 12 months alone!) That promotional rate is the same across various demographics and one group is not advancing at a higher rate.
