Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. It sounds like some of your experience may reflect a few years ago. Since then, we've made meaningful changes to improve the experience of Rewinders and continue to learn and grow from our employees' insights. We acknowledge that we’ve faced challenges in the past, and we’ve taken steps to improve how we operate. Regarding team lunches and social events, we invest in these activities because our employees consistently tell us they enhance their work experience and foster team connection. We regularly survey our teams to ensure we're meeting their needs, and these events are a valued part of that effort. The 2023 layoffs were a difficult decision, and we've since refined our hiring practices to better align with our strategic goals for sustainable growth. While our product focus may shift from time to time, these decisions are always informed by data—gathered through customer feedback and market insights. This approach ensures we deliver the most value to our users and stay aligned with our objectives.
