Reworld™ has many policies, procedures and controls in place to ensure the health and safety of our employees at all times. All team members are empowered to stop unsafe acts or conditions through our Stop Work Authority, so that any hazards can be immediately addressed to help prevent incidents. In addition, employees are encouraged to use our online incident reporting platform, Process Map, to log unsafe acts/conditions at the facility. Our open-door policy allows for employees to meet with any member of the Leadership Team to address safety concerns. Finally, all employees can provide their insights and suggestions to their supervisor, human resources, or through our anonymous reporting system at 1-800-267-7115.
