-Small company means you can have a lot of involvement and great opportunities to learn new things. -Great coworkers who are always eager to work with you and teach you knew things. - Good working environment. - Interns are treated like any other normal full time employee.

-Depending on the project you are one things could get repetitive with performing the same inspections or tests over and over but this was not always the case.
