The company is stuck and has been stuck for a very long time. They have tried multiple times to reset their business model but it always goes back to the old ways. Typical retail company who doesn’t care about their staff, turn over rate is high. It’s extremely hard to advance within the company as the company isn’t going anywhere, no new positions avail and no new store being opened.
