Poor Managers. Bullying culture. Micro Management. Too much reporting. Every second of every days has to be documented. No formal training Being made to harass customers weekly. Company pay lip service to caring about people but this doesn't happen at local level. Company gone downhill, very poor Managers. Bullying culture alive and well, Staff scared to speak up as they would be forced out. Would not advise anybody to work here.
