Not the 'Best and Safest' place to work - Recensione dipendente - Business Manager presso Rexel Group

Branches horrifically under-resourced. Management don't bat an eyelid to branches only having one member of staff when colleagues are off/on holiday. Put up pricing to gain extra money due to the perilous state the company is in. Newbury distribution centre has cost somewhere in the region of £100 million including stock yet doesn't function properly. Internal computer system outdated and often doesn't function as it should do. Like it's staff to consider the company as the best and safest place to work, not sure if leadership actually believe this or are deluded like the staff think they are. Some staffs pay is absolutely appalling.
