There are a few good people, very few, other than that, I can not think of Rexel's good points.

It is the most horribly managed company I have ever seen, from low level to VP's the company is filled with vapid, arrogant, unskilled and unaware of it managers. Moreover, they do not understand their market or customers, and they care to know. They are clueless about how to improve their market share or customer relationships. They have no loyalty to their employees and no sooner do they hire someone they start in with petty harrassment to make them quit. It is a revolving door of employees.

It's a giant company. They do a pretty good job of disguising that and it's been a great experience.
