Hard-working and knowledgeable staff who are dedicated to the company. Great machines and pleasant offices. Subsidiaries' staff are pleasant. General quality of products is good to excellent.

Angry CEO is feared by most. Middle management is ambitious and self-centered and can fire staff or lead them to depression (Customer service). Lost its family spirit throughout the years. HR admitted in video, staff working within family businesses accept lower wages (video "funnily" reedited). Even worse in headquarters, where respect towards the clients depend on their nationalities (Flemish always 1st).
