This list will be short. It's one of the few agencies outside the city, which is nice if you live in the suburbs.

Don't bother looking over the job description. They hire based on your personality and how it fits within where they want the company to be at the moment. The current CEO is running the company into the ground. She's so insecure that she actively chooses not to associate with strong personalities and people who might know more than she does. If you've read anything about leadership that's the exact opposite of every successful CEO in history. Every review, and every day of work, was more about attacking my confidence and tearing me down as a person rather than offering constructive criticism that related to my actual job. Management is extremely self centered and they gossip like teenage girls. It's a common practice for them to make employees miserable on purpose with the goal of driving them to quit (even to the point of potential suicide). Most recently, they've been firing employees left and right to get a handle on the money they are bleeding because clients can't stand to work with them either, often choosing less qualified agencies that are less pompous. In the end, the agency will drown with the current CEO at the helm while denying that the ship is sinking.
