Rheem is a company that will cuts its nose off to spite it's face. The R&D staff is spread extremely thin, to the point if a handful of people quit the company would become crippled. Working with other departments is a uphill battle because everything is siloed with no accountability. Half of your time will be working with outdated processes. Rheem is outright atrocious at documentation, to the point where searching for a simple answer becomes a scavenger hunt.
