Ashford - Rhenus Lupprians logistics Ltd culture of bullying came right from the top and filtered down to floor managers. Bullying and nepotism, unbearable work atmosphere and the ill trained and ill equipped management with very immature conduct. . False promesses and unpaid overtime. They don't advertise inside jobs but bring their own friends and relatives who have absolutely no training or knowledge. How these bullies get recognised and promoted is unbelievable. The staff are leaving in droves from one single department and the higher management turn a blind eye. Go work for this company at your own peril you have been warned!
